Tentative schedule:

• Booths must be set by 7:30AM Saturday March 13, 2010.  Set up time will be Friday the 12^th , after 3:00 pm.  
• The exhibit area will be open

                   Saturday , March 13, 2010 @ 7:30 am to 7:00pm
                   Sunday , March 14, 2010 @ 8:30am to 1:00AM       

• Break-down may begin Sunday, March 14, 2010 during the luncheon to 3:00pm
• Exhibits must be removed by 3:00 pm Sunday, March 14, 2010.
• Space is available for a nominal fee of $50 per space (Size of space - 72”x30). One skirted table will be provided for your space or you may bring your own display. Please plan to use only the space you are renting. Please register and pay for your space(s) and for your hotel room, if needed, on our website (peachstatepets.org.) Shuttles run from the Renaissance to the airport every twenty minutes at no charge.  Any storage and deliver fees charged by the hotel will be passed on to the exhibitor. 
• The hotel and the Rotary Districts of Georgia will not be responsible for the security of the exhibits.

Register for your hotel room and meals, if needed. Spaces will be drawn, at random, at the time of set-up. You must register and pay for your space(s) on the website. Final day to register and pay is Friday, February 5, 2010.
