Modifying Your PETS Registration

If you have already registered for PETS,
 and need to change your registration selections and/or make a payment,
then do the following:

·     Fill in the form below with some identifying data.
 ·      Describe the change that you would like to make.
 ·      If we owe you a refund, put that amount in the "refund block" and press the "Transmit Form" button. We will process your refund as quickly as possible.
 ·      If you owe PETS an additional amount, put that amount in the "I owe PETS" block and press the "Transmit Form" button.
 ·      If PETS owes you a refund, your request is complete.
 ·     If you owe PETS an additional payment, you will be sent
to the "PayPal Payment" page.
