Registration
This year's PE Training is March 08 & 09, 2008 .
PETS is Mandatory for All Presidents Elect for 2008-09 and is highly recommended
for Presidents Nominee for 2009-10

You must register for PETS and Hotel online and use Credit Card to pay. No mail-in registrations will be accepted. The registration fee is $195. A $50.00 late fee will be added for anyone registering after January 15, 2008 . Late registration fee (after Jan 15) will be $245.00. There will be no refund for cancellations starting on February 8, for both the registration and hotel. New hotel reservations may not be available after this date.

All attendees need to Register even if they are part of the PETS Committee, a Governor, Governor Elect, Assistant Governor, a speaker, a presenter, or a vendor. We need to have a count for meals and meeting space.

Clubs normally reimburse expenses for their President Elect and President Nominee, Except Golf !

After completing the PETS registration process you should receive an email from PayPal as a receipt for your payment. You may (depending on your SPAM filtering) also receive an email from our registration web page with a copy of your submitted data. If you do not receive the email from PayPal there is likely a problem that needs to be addressed.

ATTENTION TO ALL PRESIDENT ELECTS

To serve as president of your club, you must attend Peach State PETS or a PETS in another state.
This is a new rule recently approved by the Rotary International Council on Legislation. You can refer to this in the Manual of Procedures (MOP). The text is also shown on the PETS home page. If you are not able to attend Peach State PETS, please contact your District Governor Elect to get information concerning the dates for PETS in surrounding states.

Hotel
Since the PETS begins at 8:00 AM on March 8,
we recommend that attendees register for a hotel room on Friday and Saturday nights.
We will try to have all Presidents Elect and everyone else in the same hotel;
but if we have any overflow, we will put them in the Sleep Inn in Peachtree City.
The Wyndham is on a first come first serve basis so register early.
We are handling all Hotel registrations, so don't call the hotel!
We have booked the entire hotel just for Rotary!

Share a room
Room sharing is the responsibility of the attendees. You should make your own arrangements. If two members are sharing a room, only one registration form should indicate a room request. The member sharing should pay the member with a room reservation 1/2 the cost of the room. The payment details are up to the members.

On a first Come first serve basis - very limited smoking rooms

Meals for Spouse
If you bring your spouse, you can buy a meal package for them for $125. This includes all meals and breaks.
The spouse needs to register and select "Spouse" as a Title. The spouse will not be charged a registration fee and cannot purchase a Hotel room. We assume they will share the room that the member reserved.

Golf
Golf on Friday 10:00 am $65.00 - includes Green fee, cart and tax.
